Order Cancellation Policy

At M2C Global Hub, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Cancellations After Order Placement

Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be canceled. Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery, and therefore cancellation requests are not accepted after checkout.

2. No Order Modifications

After an order has been placed, no changes or modifications are allowed, including but not limited to:

  • Adding or removing products

  • Changing the delivery address

  • Updating contact or payment details

Please ensure all order information is accurate before completing your purchase.

3. Exceptions

In rare cases, we reserve the right to cancel an order, such as:

  • Product being out of stock

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Unforeseen technical or operational issues

If we cancel an order for any of the above reasons, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
