1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

  • Description of the problem

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, we will process your refund

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

💡 Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Replacements

If the product is defective or damaged, we may offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, depending on stock availability

Replacement shipping is free if the issue is caused by us.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipment

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled


6. International Orders

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
